Pitch, Hit and Run at York Township Park

Spring Garden Township and York Township have come together to offer boys and girls ages 7-14 that enjoy baseball and softball a free opportunity to show their pitching, hitting and running talents in the Major League Baseball's Pitch, Hit & Run event on Saturday April 27, 2013 at York Township Park, ball fields 2 and 3.  Competitions and awards for baseball and softball will be separate but held at the same time.  Age groups are 7-10 and 11-14.  Age is determined as of July 17, 2013.  Registration must be done by Friday, April 19, 2013 and you can register by calling Spring Garden Recreation at 854-7282.

York Township's 2012 Fall Fun Fest

The York Township 2012 Fall Fun Fest will be held at the York Township Municipal Building on Saturday October 20, 2012 from 9am-2pm. 

The 2012 Fall Fun Fest will offer a craft show, touch-a-truck, bounce house, music, food and more. 

York Township 2012 Free Friday Night Flicks

York Township is once again hosting Free Friday Night Flicks.  Your family can visit York Township Park in Spry this summer for free outdoor movies every Friday until August 10, 2012.  Movies will begin around 8:45pm but depends on when it starts getting dark.

Free Friday Night Flicks at York Township Park

Free outdoor movies!!
York Township Park in South York, PA (Spry) offers FREE outdoor movies every Friday night from now until August 26, 2011. York Township is providing the inflatable big screen- you only need to provide chairs and blankets. These are all family-friendly (mostly G and PG)) movies and it's a perfect way to enjoy the fresh outdoor air without risk of sunburn or heat-related injuries!  All movies begin at 8:45pm.

The York Township Children's Egg Hunt is on Saturday April 16, 2011 from 1pm-1:30pm at the York Township Park on the walking trail. This event is for children under 12.
